Our founder and CEO: Maulen Kalau
Maulen has started his career as a Residential Property Manager, looking after a portfolio of multifamily buildings in Vancouver, BC and since then has been in the Real Estate industry full-time for more than 7 years. After developing expertise and experience in the field, Maulen has moved to Moncton, NB and has founded Brillante Group of companies in January, 2020. The foundation of his business has been built on successfully acquiring and repositioning existing multifamily buildings in New Brunswick and Ontario. His business model has then naturally transitioned into developing rental apartment buildings full time.
Maulen is also a current Board Member of the New Brunswick Apartment Owners Association.
